Independent Contractor Agreement for Technology Development

Use this template to prepare an Independent Contractor Agreement between a developer of certain technology and a party wishing to fund the technology and bring it to the marketplace.

The developer will assign all of its rights in commercially viable products to the investor, in exchange for the funding.
The developer will be paid a royalty for each viable product.
The developer will provide the investor with regular reports of all developments.
This is a month-to-month contract.
