Insurance Agent Agency Agreement

Set out the terms of the relationship between an insurance agent and the financial corporation which employs the agent with this Agency Agreement template.

The agent is authorized to perform certain tasks and provide specific services on behalf of the financial corporation.
The agent will remit all funds received to the financial corporation. All receipts are deemed to be receipts of the corporation and not the agent.
