- The student agrees to release and hold the school, its trustees, officers and employees, harmless against any liability or claims arising in future.
- The student takes full responsibility for the risks involved with not receiving the vaccine, which may include death.
- The student will not be allowed to reside in campus residence if they have not received this vaccination within the past 3 years.
