Wedding Photography / Videography Agreement

Prepare a contract for filming and photographing a wedding with this comprehensive Wedding Photography ⁄ Videography Agreement.
  • The customers must pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the photographer for the event date, which is forfeited if the wedding date is changed or cancelled.
  • The customers are responsible for obtaining permission from the church or other venue for photographing and filming the wedding, for obtaining any required passes, for providing a list of desired shots and maps to the locations, and for arranging parking for the photographer staff.
  • If the venue charges a fee, the customers agree to pay all such fees.
  • The photographer will be the exclusive professional photographer for the event. Friends and family may photograph and film the wedding provided they do not interfere with the photographer.

  • The customer agrees to indemnify the photographer against any claims or losses arising out of the customer’s use of the photographs and videos, or the customer’s breach of the contract.
  • The contract includes a list of services and a rate sheet.
