ACT tenants, are you planning to terminate your tenancy? Serve your landlord with this Notice of Intention to Vacate, pursuant to the Australian Capital Territory Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
The Notice notifies the landlord of the tenant's intention to terminate the rental agreement, the date on which the tenant will vacate the rental premises, and the reason the tenant is giving notice.
