Alabama Verified Statement of Lien
Alabama contractors, prepare a Verified Statement of Lien with this template form, pursuant to Ala. Code Sec. 35-11-213.
- The Statement of Lien is sworn by the contractor, subcontractor or supplier to file a lien claim against property for which the lienholder has provided labor and/or materials and has not been paid by the owner.
- The Statement sets out the details of the claim and information about the property and the owner.
- The form must be filed with the Office of the Probate Judge in the county in which the property is situated.
