- The Notice sets out the violation(s) in question, and instructs the landlord to remedy the situation by a date not less than 10 days after receipt of the notice, failing which the tenant will terminate the tenancy.
- The tenant must provide a forwarding address to which the landlord will send the security deposit.
- The form also includes a Record of Service form so you can record the details of how the Notice was served on the landlord.
