Alberta Notice of Directors or Notice of Change of Directors

All companies registered in Alberta must file a Notice of Directors or Notice of Change of Directors with Corporate Registry each time a director is elected, appointed or replaced, pursuant to Sections 106, 113 and 289 of the Business Corporations Act.

This is a Corporate Registry form in PDF format which can be downloaded, completed and filed with an Alberta registry agent. REG 3017, rev. 2003/05.
