Use this letter template to prepare an Offer to Purchase petroleum and natural gas rights in the Province of Alberta.
Key points of the offer include (among others):
- amount and payment of purchase price,
- obligations of the offeror to be subject to a title opinion,
- offer is subject to the offeror performing a due diligence review of all files, records and deeds,
- the offeree has a specified number of days in which to accept the offer,
- if accepted, the parties will proceed to preparing a purchase and sale agreement.
