Alberta Overland Drainage Easement and Restrictive Covenant

Alberta condo owners, prepare an Overland Drainage Easement and Restrictive Covenant for bare land condominium units (i.e. no buildings have been erected yet).

The Easement grants access on the land to a third party to allow for the construction and maintenance of a water drainage facility.
The Restrictive Covenant prohibits the placement of any structure, tree planting, or any other actions which would interfere with the efficient operation of, or access to, the drainage system.
