Australia Trade Credit Application

Australian businesses, use this template Trade Credit Application form to set up new customer credit accounts.

The applicant must provide:

trade references,
bank references,
statement by the applicant under Section 18 of the Privacy Act 1988 regarding the provision, access and exchange of credit information,
notice to applicant for credit under Section 18E(1) regarding disclosure of credit information to a reporting agency.

This Australia Trade Credit Application form is provided in MS Word format and can be filled in on a computer or printed out to be completed by hand.
