British Columbia Mutual Agreement to End Tenancy
BC landlords, if you and your tenant agree to end the tenancy, use this Mutual Agreement to End Tenancy form, published by the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Office.
The form must be completed by both the landlord and tenant, who mutually agree in writing to cancel the tenancy agreement and terminate the tenancy as of a specific date.
