British Columbia Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities

Strata owners, if you rent out your unit, provide your tenant with this free Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities (Form K) pursuant to Section 146 of the British Columbia Strata Property Act.

This form is to be completed by the landlord or landlord's agent and notifies a tenant of a strata unit that the bylaws and rules of the strata corporation must be followed by tenants.
