California home owners, if your property is being held under a Deed of Trust as security for a mortgage, request copies of any Notice of Default or Notice of Sale regarding your property with this Request for Notice.
The Request for Notice is given pursuant to Section 2924e of the California Civil Code. It ensures that the mortgage lender and the trustee have the correct address to send the notices to.
