Canada Agreement to Furnish Personnel Services

Contract out personnel services to an international agency, as part of a deferred compensation structure, with this Agreement to Furnish Personnel Services, in accordance with the requirements of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

The Agreement is between a Canadian company which subcontracts for an employee's services within Canada, and an international employment agency which provides the employee's services.
The employment agency will loan out the services of the employee to the company within Canada, in accordance with the terms of an employment agreement between the agency and the employee.
If a conflict arises with respect to demand for the employee's services from non-Canadian sources, the agency has absolute control over the schedule of the employee.
The agency will retain its fee, calculated as a percentage of the gross income paid to the agency under the agreement.
