The consultant agrees not to divulge or use any confidential information belonging to the company. Any disclosure or use will be deemed to cause the company irreparable harm for which damages are not a sufficient remedy.
The consultant is not granted any proprietary rights under the agreement.
The consultant covenants not to compete with the business of the company during the term of the consultant's contract, and for a specified period of time thereafter.
