Canadian lenders, use this easy template form to prepare a Notice Demanding Payment to be served on a defaulting borrower in Canada.
The lender (secured party) gives notice to the borrower (debtor) that the debtor is in default under the original security agreement and/or promissory note, and demands payment of the outstanding amount.
