Canada Systems Integration Agreement

Canadian computer dealers, write up a custom Systems Integration Agreement for a customer with this comprehensive contract template.

The dealer ⁄ supplier agrees to provide hardware to the customer under limited warranty.
The customer is granted a personal nonexclusive nontransferable license to use the software program(s) provided for use with the hardware.
The dealer ⁄ supplier retains title to the computer system until the customer has paid in full.
The software will be installed and tested in accordance with the supplier's acceptance test standards.
The dealer ⁄ supplier will provide service and support for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase.
