Notice to Tenant for Nonpayment of Rent, pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes.
- The Notice informs the tenant that s/he has 24 hours to pay the overdue rent.
- If the tenant does not pay the overdue rent within 24 hours, the rental agreement shall be terminated and the landlord shall proceed with a summary process action.
- A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
