Consignment Form

The form would be used by one party (the consignor) who wants to place goods on consignment with another party (the consignee), who will then sell the goods for the consignor in return for a fixed consignment fee or a percentage of the sale price. The consignee has no liability for loss or damage while the goods are in its possession.
