England & Wales Notice Requiring Possession (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Fixed Term)
UK landlords ⁄ owners, if you are retaking possession of a rental premises at the end of a fixed term tenancy, you must serve your tenant with this Notice Requiring Possession, under Section 21(1)(b) of the Housing Act 1988.
This form of Notice is only to be used for a fixed term assured shorthold tenancy. The notice period must be at least two months, and notice must be given on or before the day on which the fixed term comes to an end.
