Equipment Lease 'Hell or High Water' Clause

Insert this optional 'hell or high water' clause into an equipment lease, to make provision that the Lessee (party leasing the equipment) is obligated to pay lease payments regardless of circumstances and regardless of any right the Lessee may have to set-off or counterclaim against the Lessor.
