Film Distribution Security Agreement

Film producers, protect and secure your right to receive the amounts due to you by a distributor of your picture with this Film Distribution Security Agreement.

The distributor (debtor) grants the producer (secured party) a continuing security interest in the debtor’s distribution and exploitation rights in the picture, and the proceeds realized therefrom.
The secured party may exercise its security interest if the debtor fails to pay any amount owing under the Distribution Agreement between the parties.
