Georgia Notice to Contractor by Claimant Without Privity of Contract
If you have supplied labor, services or materials for improvements to a Georgia property but you do not have privity of contract with the contractor, you must serve this Notice to Contractor on the contractor and the owner in order to preserve your lien rights under O.C.G.A. Sect. 44-14-361.5.
The form also contains a copy of Sect 44-14-361.5 which sets out how the notice must be prepared, as well as the time periods for serving the notice.
