Hawaii Notice to Landlord of Termination and Intention to Vacate (weekly or biweekly)

Hawaii tenants, if you need to terminate a weekly or biweekly tenancy, you must serve your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Termination and Intention to Vacate, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

This type of notice would ONLY be used for tenancies with a weekly or biweekly term.
This form notifies the landlord that the rental agreement will be terminated by the date specified in the Notice, and that the tenant will vacate the premises by that date.
