Illinois Demand to Release Lien

The Demand to Release Lien form allows the property owner to demand that a lien claimant release a mechanics lien claim placed on the property.
This demand is given to the lien claimant after a demand for foreclosure has been provided and the lien claimant has failed to file suit within the allotted time.
The form includes a copy of Sections 34 and 35 of the Mechanics Lien Act.
