India Software License Agreement
Indian software developers, license your software to end users with this non-exclusive Software License Agreement.
- This license is for a single user, allowing the program to be installed on one computer. A separate copy of the software must be purchased for each computer on which it is installed.
- The end user is a licensed user only, and does not own the software.
- The user can make a backup copy, but is not allowed to translate or reverse-engineer the software.
- The agreement also contains additional terms applicable to free, trial, sample, tryout or evaluation software, which apply until such time as the user purchases a license for the commercial version of the product.
