Kansas Mechanic's Lien Statement

Kansas mechanics and garage owners, protect your lien rights by filing this Mechanic's Lien Statement for work or repairs performed on a vehicle, in accordance with Section 58-201 of the Kansas Statutes.

The form also contains a Mechanic's Lien Receipt and Release of Mechanic's Lien to be provided to the vehicle owner after you have received payment in full. The Lien Statement must be filed in the County Register of Deeds to be effective.
