Kentucky tenants, is your landlord in default of his/her obligations under the rental agreement? Serve the landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Breach of Rental Agreement, in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
The Notice informs the landlord that the tenant shall either terminate the rental agreement in 30 days or remedy the breach at the landlord's cost (not to exceed one-half month's rent), if the landlord does not fix the breach within 14 days.
