Letter of Immediate Termination of Employment

Employers, use this template to prepare a Letter of Immediate Termination to dismiss an employee effective on the date of the letter. The conditions of the termination include:

In lieu of notice, base salary and benefits will be paid until the end of the notice period set out in the letter.
The employee will receive accrued vacation pay and unpaid commissions (if any), and a Record of Employment.
