License to Use Information

Grant another party a license to distribute information and data online with this License to Use Information template.

The owner of the information and data (the Licensor) grants a licensee a non-exclusive non-transferable license to use and distribute its information and data to the end users of the licensee's Internet information service. Terms of the license include:

the licensee's obligations with respect to confidentiality and nondisclosure,
warranty by the licensor that it owns the information being licensed,
limitation of the licensor's liability,
the licensor's obligation to defend against any infringement claims brought against the licensee,
dispute resolution.
