Massachusetts Notice to Quit to Terminate Estate at Will
Massachusetts landlords, terminate an estate at will with this Notice to Quit form pursuant to Chapter 186, Section 12 of the General Laws.
The Notice informs the tenant that he/she must vacate the premises by the date specified in the notice, or eviction proceedings will be commenced. A Service of Notice Form is included to record the details of how the Notice is served on the tenant.
