Michigan landlords, has your tenant has created a health hazard in the rental premises or damaged the rental unit? You must serve the tenant with this free Notice to Quit for Health Hazard/Injury to Premises before you can begin the eviction process.
 The tenant is required to remedy the problem within 7 days or the tenant shall be required to vacate the premises. A Proof of Service form is included, to record the details of how the Notice is served on the tenant.
