Nanny Agency Contract

Nanny ⁄ au pair placement services, sign up clients with this template Nanny Agency Contract.
  • The agency will recruit applicants for the clients to interview with regard to placement of a nanny. The client will be responsible for verifying the applicant's credentials and other information prior to hiring the nanny.
  • The agency is acting solely as an agent and does not have an employment relationship with either party.
  • If a nanny placement does not work out, the agency will make additional replacement referrals free of charge during a specified guarantee period.
  • If an applicant is from out of town, the client is responsible for paying transportation costs for the applicant to get to the interview.
  • The client agrees not to make private arrangements with an applicant in order to avoid paying the agency's fees.
  • The agency takes no responsibility for the nanny's actions, and cannot guarantee the nanny's honesty or reliability.
  • The client releases and indemnifies the agency against any claims against the nanny, and against any claims arising under the contract except those resulting from the agency's negligence.
