New Brunswick Affidavit of Service

If you are serving a document on someone with respect to a legal matter in New Brunswick, you must prepare an Affidavit of Service to prove that the document has been properly sworn in accordance with the Rules of Court.

The Affidavit of Service must be sworn by the person who actually served the documents. It sets out a number of different methods of service. Use the section that applies to your situation and delete the other options.
