New Brunswick Final Notice to Vacate
New Brunswick landlords, if you have a tenant who is behind in rent payments, serve the tenant with this Final Notice to Vacate, pursuant to the Residential Tenancy Act 1975.
The Notice informs the tenant that s/he must vacate the rental premises by the date specified in the notice. The landlord should serve the tenant with a Notice to Vacate prior to issuing this Final Notice. If the tenant fails to vacate, a Sheriff may evict the tenant.
