Notice to Quit, in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Statutes and the Anti-Eviction Act.
- This Notice informs the tenant that, because he/she has not complied with the previous Notice to Cease, the rental lease is now terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
- If the tenant does not vacate the premises, the landlord will start eviction proceedings.
