- The customer agrees to pay all of the developer's out-of-pocket costs associated with the project, and all applicable GST when invoiced by the developer.
- Each party agrees not to disclose the other party's confidential information.
- The developer will correct any deliverables that do not conform to the contract specifications without further charge.
- The customer indemnifies the developer against claims or actions arising from the customer's actions or inactions or its use of infringing materials.
- All issues with respect to Privacy Act compliance are the customer's responsibility.
