NT landlords, inform your tenant if you are planning to keep part of the deposit by serving him/her with this Notice of Landlord's Intention to Retain Security Deposit, pursuant to the Northern Territory Residential Tenancies Act.
The Notice informs the tenant how the landlord has applied certain amounts deducted from the security deposit. Also included is a statutory declaration by the landlord that the notice has been properly served.
