Northern Territory Residential Tenancy Agreement

NT landlords, let a house or flat to a tenant with this Residential Tenancy Agreement, in accordance with the Northern Territory Residential Tenancies Act.

This Agreement can be used for either a fixed term (such as 1 year) or for a periodic tenancy (such as month to month). The Tenancy Agreement contains required standard provisions for tenancies, such as:

payment of rental bond and refund to tenant at the end of the tenancy,
rent increases,
responsibilities of the landlord and tenant,
landlord's right to enter the premises in certain circumstances,
alterations, repairs and maintenance,
how the tenancy can be terminated.

The Agreement also includes a Premises Condition Report and a Receipt Form for payment of rent and rental bond.
