Nudity Rider to Actor Contract

Film producers, if you are shooting a movie that has nudity and/or real or simulated sex acts, get the actor(s) involved in the scenes to sign this Nudity Rider to be attached to the actor's contract ⁄ deal memo.

The actor acknowledges being aware of the nature of the scenes, and consents to appearing nude or semi-nude and to taking part in the sexual acts.
