Ohio tenants, if your landlord is in breach of the rental agreement and you have served notice of the breach on the landlord, you can terminate your tenancy by serving the landlord with this Notice of Termination of Monthly Tenancy Because of Landlord's Breach of Obligation.
This Notice informs the landlord that the monthly tenancy is terminated because the landlord continues to be in breach of its obligations, as set out in the earlier Notice of Breach served by the tenant. A Service of Notice Form is included.
