If the tenant had paid a rental bond, then this form must be completed by both the lessor ⁄ agent and the tenant during the inspection of the rental premises at the end of the tenancy. This form is for moveable dwellings and sites only (caravans, caravan parks, etc), and contains instructions on how it should be completed.
