Queensland Notice to Leave

Queensland landlords, if you are terminating the tenancy of a residential tenant, you must serve him/her with this Form 12 Notice to Leave in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.

The Notice informs the tenant that he/she must vacate the rental premises. The form includes instructions to help you complete the form and serve the Notice on the Tenant.
