Scotland Notice to Prospective Tenant of Short Scottish Secure Tenancy
Scottish landlords, if you are offering a tenant a new tenancy which is to be a short assured tenancy, you must notify them with this Notice under Section 34 to be Served on Prospective Tenant that the tenancy being offered is a short Scottish secure tenancy under Section 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.
In order to be valid, the Notice must be served before the creation of a tenancy agreement. This is Form SST1 and is for use ONLY by a landlord.
