Scotland Tenant Notice Proposing New Terms of Statutory Assured Tenancy
Scottish tenants, if you are moving into leased premises on an Assured Tenancy or Short Assured Tenancy, use this Form AT1(T) to propose the terms of the tenancy to your landlord.
The Notice falls under section 17(2) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, and is to be used where the terms of the new tenancy are different from the terms of the former tenancy. THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR USE BY A TENANT.
