Texas construction lenders, you are required to provide this Lender's Disbursement Disclosure for Residential Construction (Consumer Owned) to a property owner each time funds are disbursed to the contractor, pursuant to the Texas Property Code.

The disclosure form must list all disbursements that have been made since the project commenced, or since the date of the last disclosure statement.
Before the funds are to be disbursed to the original contractor, the contractor must provide to the owner a signed periodic statement listing bills or expenses that have been paid or will be paid.
