Trade Mark License Agreement

Use this template to prepare a Trade Mark License Agreement between a party who owns a trade mark (Licensor) and a party who requires the use of the trade mark (Licensee) in order to manufacture and sell the Licensor's products.

Terms of the agreement include:

royalty payments from Licensee,

termination of the agreement.
