UK landlords ⁄ owners, if your tenant has recently passed away, you should terminate the tenancy in writing by serving the deceased tenant's representative with this Notice of Termination for Death of Tenant.

- The owner will not charge rent for two weeks following the death of the tenant, and after this time, full rent will be payable until the keys are returned.
