Hire a marketing firm to market and promote a US-based business in other countries with this USA Exclusive Representation and Promotion Agreement.

The company hires the marketing firm as its exclusive representative to assist in the construction of a pilot site, and and to promote the company's proprietary system in various countries.
The marketing firm will finance construction and testing of the pilot site, and will market and promote working sites to be operated jointly by the parties.
The company will retain sole and exclusive ownership of its current and future technology.
The company will not operate in any country where it feels its personnel or equipment may be at risk.
The company will be the sole manufacturer and supplier of its proprietary system, and its employees have the sole right to install, operate and maintain the systems.
In addition to financing construction and testing, the marketing firm will pay a fixed fee, plus a percentage of any fees paid by the subject countries to the marketing firm.
